We drew the line where it made most sense - at cookware, cutlery, and utensils. We think most folks who cook have the same basic needs in these categories. But once you start getting into things like appliances, needs - and prices - vary dramatically. We wanted to keep My Pro Kitchen affordable and down to the essentials. (And, incidentally, we cook all the time and never use a food processor.) Q: How much is shipping?A: Absolutely FREE, for all orders shipped within the continental US. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii - standard UPS rates apply. Q: How's your return policy?A: It's great, thanks for asking! We gladly accept returns. Just ship us your unused set within 60 days of purchase, and we will give you a full refund. For sanitation reasons, we can't accept returns if any of the pieces have been used Q: Do you offer a warranty?A: Do we ever! If any item breaks or fails, just send it back to us, and we'll send you a new one. (Our warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear that will result with regular use. It also does not cover instant-read thermometers that are damaged from being placed in the dishwasher.) Q: What if I want only some of the items from your set?A: At this time, we are only offering the 36-piece set, without substitutions or exclusions. We expect most people will already have some of the pieces included in the set. And that's not such a bad thing - there's no harm in having an extra spatula or mixing bowl. We will say, however, that purchasing our complete kitchen set gives you a great excuse to simplify your kitchen and replace your old stuff with new, professional-quality tools.
